| The shipments, but various agreements, will be carried out to average conveyors defined edited by TRILOBS or its delegate. In this case, and only when is debited the shipping costs, the goods travels to our risk. In theft case/loss TRILOBS is engaged to send a new product and, where the same one had not avaible and/or to be exausted, will propose a various product, but with equivalent characteristics, faculty for the customer not accepting such new product and demanding the emission of famous of relative credit to the same product. In the hypothesis that the conveyor is person in charge to whichever title it from the customer, TRILOBS will be in charge of the loss and/or since does not damage of the product the moment of the delivery of the goods to the carrier near the own warehouses. The time of delivery, pure indicative, is of approximately 6-10 work days to you from the date of the order, the same one will be able to endure variations for causes of act of God or because of the conditions of traffic and the practicability generally or for action of the Autority. The delivery, but various agreement written between the parts, will be in the office timetables: from hours 8,30 to hours 12.30; from the 15,30 to hours 19,30, every day not festive, from the manday to friday. |
